Cooking Instructions
Pan Fry • Deep Fry
To Thaw: Place catfish nuggets in bowl of cool water until completely thawed or place in refrigerator for 24 hours until thawed.
Simple Preparation Instructions: For best taste and texture, fry the catfish nuggets.
Pan Fry:
- Fry a single layer of nuggets in a skillet with hot oil at 350°F until golden brown or until fish flakes easily.
- Transfer to plate lined with paper towels to drain, and serve immediately.
Deep Fry:
- Place thawed catfish nuggets separately in shortening or oil at 350°F for 2 ½ to 3 ½ minutes.
- Transfer to plate lined with paper towels to drain, and serve immediately.
