BAKE OR DEEP FRY
Cook from frozen state.
Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove fillets from packaging and place on sheet pan. Place sheet pan on bottom rack of oven. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Deep Fry: Preheat fryer to 325°F. Take the fillets out of packaging and place in fryer. Fry for 3.5 to 4.5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
